Photos and designs

When you generate a preview, your photos and design instructions are sent to OpenAI to identify the subject and create the artwork. The studio stores uploaded references and generated designs for previewing, approval and order preparation. Upload images you have permission to use.

Your browser session and cart

A secure browser-session cookie connects you to your designs and generation allowance. That cookie lasts up to 30 days and is renewed when you use the studio. This cookie lifetime is not a file-deletion schedule. Your cart, sticker selection and saved first-order offer are stored in your browser. We also remember when the Instagram popup was shown so it does not keep interrupting you. Clearing browser data may remove access to saved designs or your cart.

Checkout and fulfillment

Checkout is handled by Shopify. Your selected artwork, scents and design details are attached to the checkout so we can prepare your order. Approved artwork is shared through unlisted fulfillment links. Payment-card details are entered at Shopify checkout, not in the Cartune Fresh design studio.

Traffic measurement

We keep basic counts of page views, completed previews and prepared checkout links, grouped by date and campaign tags such as Instagram or a show-table QR code. The measurement records do not include IP addresses, email addresses, photo contents or a persistent analytics visitor ID. Random event references prevent duplicate counts. Campaign labels are remembered within your browser tab so they can follow you between the main studio and bulk page. The traffic report is restricted to the site owner.

The browser measurement does not run when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. It uses no advertising pixel and creates no additional tracking cookie.
