Can I order in bulk?
Yes. Order 100 for $200 CAD ($2 each), 250 for $437.50 ($1.75 each), or 500 for $500 ($1 each). Each group of 50 can have a different design and scent. Choose Bulk beside the pack sizes to start.
What pack sizes can I order?
Choose a single air freshener for $20 CAD, a 3-pack for $40, a 5-pack for $60, or a 10-pack for $100. Choose a scent for every freshener.
Can I use different photos in one pack?
Yes. Choose Different photos to upload and approve a separate design for each freshener, including three separate images in your 3-pack. Or choose One design for all to repeat your favourite.
What kind of photo works best?
Use a clear, well-lit photo with the whole subject in frame. For cars, a front three-quarter angle is a great starting point. For people or couples, make sure faces and outfits are clear. Avoid screenshots, heavy shadows, and photos with something blocking the subject.
Can I check my design before ordering?
Yes. Review the generated mockup and check the approval box before adding your pack to the cart. If you change the photo or design details, you'll need to generate and approve the updated design.
Can I use my pet or business logo?
Absolutely. Choose My pet or My logo in the design studio, upload your image, and add any important details. Only upload images you have permission to use.
Can my pet ride in my car?
Yes! Choose Pet driving car, upload one car photo and up to three pet photos, then generate your combined design. Each design can use up to four photos in total.
Can I use a photo of a person or couple?
Yes. Choose Person / couple and upload one photo. We'll cartoonize the people in your photo, keeping their details with a thick black outline and transparent background. We also check the subject before generating and automatically correct a mismatched category.
How many previews can I create?
You can create 25 previews in a rolling five-hour window. Your allowance is saved in this browser, and other customers have their own allowance. Failed previews don't use an image from your allowance.
Can I add matching stickers?
Yes. Add a matching sticker pack for $5 CAD flat per non-bulk order. Singles and 3-packs include at least 10 stickers total. The same $5 price applies to 5- and 10-packs. We divide the stickers across your approved designs as evenly as possible. The add-on is not available for carts containing bulk orders.
